Video Mondaily – 100th Video Special

It’s late in the evening of Monday night but hopefully the reason that today’s Video Mondaily and yesterday’s Endweek News took so long to appear will finally become clear to all of our readers. For the last week I have been working on putting together a Montage of all the best and funniest moments to have occurred in all of MMGaming’s official videos so that now, for our official 100th video we can present them to you, cut together and fully awesome!

This is only the first part of the Montage with the second half appearing sometime on Wednesday! We hope you enjoy watching it and we hope you’ve enjoyed watching MMGaming’s first 100 Youtube videos! Let’s hope the next 100 are even better!

Video Mondaily – Tenebris Lake and MMGaming

Now this is an exciting Video Mondaily guys! This week you can watch me and Tim playing the first short segment of the Amnesia mod: Tenebris Lake. Don’t worry folks, while we are creating this new series in the middle of a several other series of videos I don’t want you to worry, you will still be able to see Tim finishing off Amnesia: The Dark Descent AS well as this new series of videos. Now if you’ve read our review of Amnesia you know it’s one of the scariest games in existence, well this mod is even more ridiculously scary and caused a fair amount of heavy breathing and a fair amount of sleep was lost.

These videos are also rather special because we decided to challenge ourselves further by playing the game together: I was controlling the mouse and looking around and suchlike while Tim was on movement and using the lantern. You can expect laughs and fear in equal abundance! So sit back and enjoy the first three videos of MMGaming playing Tenebris Lake!

Video Mondaily – Seb shows off his Minecraft

As we had my thoughts on Minecraft in review form a few days ago it seems only fitting that this weeks Video Mondaily be on Minecraft. More to the point it’s all about MY Minecraft. That’s right! This isn’t one of those “how to survive in Minecraft” videos which have been done to death ever since BlueXephos became so famous off of theirs (and I do think that’s probably their biggest claim to fame). No, what my video is about is simply showing you what I’ve done in Minecraft. Because it’s about reminding you lot of the most important part of Minecraft: the fact that YOU choose what YOU want to do. I have to say though… It feels weird to actually have a message to get across here instead of just showing off an awesome game… Huh…

What next eh? You’ll be telling me that next I’m going to start being able to predict what happens in the world of gaming… Oh that’s already happened has it? Twice? Well… How about that…

MMGaming’s War on the Wall of Flesh!

A while ago I joined Tim in a game of Terraria on his world. Tim was actually a reasonable way into game and knows a hell of a lot about the game. Whereas I was a noob who had played about 15 minutes of the awesome game in total.

Tim, despite being a boss, was however in need of a bit of help taking down an absolutely massive and difficult boss in the game called The Wall of Flesh. The Wall, once summoned covers the whole up and down distance of the map and you have to constantly move away from it while slowly whittling down it’s massive health store.

Retrospectacles: PONG (a.k.a. “Golly gosh! It’s like I’m Andy Murray!”)

Are you the kind of person that looks at all the new and exciting games posted here, shrug your shoulders and say aloud to nobody in particular, “Still not as good as Pokémon Red” (or Blue depending on your flavour)? No? Well you still might get some kicks out of delving into the history books of gaming, reliving some classics and laughing at the people (me) that can’t afford a PS3 / xbox360. So what better way to start our retrospective journey than with the game that pretty much kick-started the industry: PONG.
