5 Games in 5 Minutes does exactly what it says on the tin. We have a number of games which we are either too busy or are simply not worth playing fully. With these games it is difficult to provide a full and accurate review. So, instead, we briefly play the game (enough to garner a decent first impression) and then quickly give you the run-down in one minute. It is designed to give you a quick impressions of a few smaller games to see whether or not it will pique your fancy. Continue reading
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is the newest game capatlising on the long running franchise of Warhammer 40k. Warhammer titles have always been a hit and miss afair, luckily Battlefleet Gothic is a critical hit with all broadside macro-cannons although it’s not without its’ flaws. I have always been mildly interested in the Warhammer 40k universe but my interest has never reached beyond that. Dawn of war and Dawn of war 2 were great games but that was in spite of it’s Warhammer 40k theme, not because of it. Well then you’re in luck! THQ (the developers behind Space Marine… still waiting on that review Tim!) have announced Warhammer 40K: Dark Millennium, a Warhammer 40K MMO. They have also already stated that it is set for release on March the 13th, 2013, which is a long time enough away for me to make this post and then comfortably forget about it for a little while.
