The title here says it all really. Heroes of Newerth is a game which is basically exactly like the famous League of Legends and is also based on the old DotA from Warcraft 3 Battle.net. The only major difference between Heroes and the League was that up until now Heroes cost money on a regular basis but now it has announced that it has gone Free-to-Play.
Frankly how it stood up against LoL for so long while costing money is beyond me… But hey it might be worth a look at, at some point in the future.
