Endweek News – Awesome Gameplay of Dishonored, Concept Art of Episode 3, some Halo 4 stuff, Meeting the Pyro and the release date of Guild Wars 2

Another week has passed, I hope that for you it was more productive than mine was. The biggest news that you can expect from me this week is that I completed Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Xbox and despite constantly saving and being more careful than a very careful thing I managed to set off a bloody alarm at SOME point during the game without noticing and thus missed out on an extra 100 achievement points for my gamer-score. Honestly, I think that has thrown me into a bad mood and I… Oh you’re here for some REAL news? I forgot that this Deus Ex stuff wasn’t important…

So what is important eh? What important shiz has been happiziling?

Endweek News – A writer sues Ubisoft, Halo 4 get’s a release date, Trailers for God of War and 0x10c are everywhere and Arkham City content get’s teased

Once again (due to the excuses I lined out last week) I again failed to post any Midweek News this past week. As well as that, this session of Endweek News was hastily researched and thrown together, you’ll just have to forgive me for these things as I have been rather busy. That said most of the news from this past week is actually trailers and other videos, so less reading for you guys. I will say no more on it but jump straight into the news!

Syndicate looks Awesome

Something which has literally just jumped onto my radar is the up-coming FPS Syndicate, a reboot of a 1993 tactical shooter. Due out on the 21st of February and made by Starbreeze Studios it’s a game which apparently combines the cool sci-fi feel of Mass Effect and the intense shooting action of Crysis.

Having had a look at the announcement trailer and a trailer for the 4-player co-op (both of which solely feature in game-footage) I have to say it really does look pretty fucking awesome. I’d definitely suggest keeping an eye on this and watching the trailers after the jump!

Assassin’s Creed Embers: New Trailer

There has been a lot of videos on MMGaming lately and not much news about actual games (but I have given a likely explanation for that) and this post is no exception. What you will see here are two trailers for Assassin’s Creed Embers, a short animated film that focuses on events years after Revelations (spoiler for Revelations… Ezio doesn’t die…). The film will probably be found somewhere on the internet after it’s release (15th of November alongside Revelations) but right now as far as I am aware it will only avaliable to those who have ordered the Animus, Collector, and Signature Editions of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.

Actually this isn’t the first short animated film made by Ubisoft focuses on Assassin’s Creed. Assassin’s Creed Ascendance came out last year alongside Brotherhood. Well I now know what I’m going to be watching tonight! Trailers after the jump: Continue reading

Trailers Everywhere… Part Two!

Sometimes I can’t be bothered making an individual news post for every trailer I see. I mean I love video games, but I’m also a Uni student which by definition means I’m lazy and that procrastination is my middle name.

Heh… Sebastian Procrastination… That actually sounds pretty good!

Anyway, there is PLENTY of awesome Cinematic trailers here for you to feast your eyes on! And when I say “plenty”… I mean two. And when I say “feast on” I mean “drool over” or “worship” or “fap to”. Wait whaaaaat!?!

Dragon Age 2: Redemption of the Assassin’s Hero Lineage Vengeance and other impressive sounding words…

This news post combines two very different things! Well… not very different… First off, there is some new DLC coming out soon for Dragon Age 2 called Mark of the Assassin (trailer after the jump). I assume it will be all things Bioware, new quest chains, companion, items, spells and possibly some sweaty elvish sex… Hey don’t look at me like that! That’s pretty much what Lair of the Shadow Broker had (best… DLC… ever!).
