This news post combines two very different things! Well… not very different… First off, there is some new DLC coming out soon for Dragon Age 2 called Mark of the Assassin (trailer after the jump). I assume it will be all things Bioware, new quest chains, companion, items, spells and possibly some sweaty elvish sex… Hey don’t look at me like that! That’s pretty much what Lair of the Shadow Broker had (best… DLC… ever!).
The second part of the news post is that in honour of this DLC, Bioware is also releasing the first part of a new 6-part, Dragon Age based, live-action series. I think that it will be an online thing much like Assassin’s Creed Lineage (which is pretty awesome) but then I also heard the phrase “TV series” when I heard about it… So I’m not entirely certain…
Basically it’s called Dragon Age Redemption and it will be released on the same date as the new DLC, the 11th of October.
