Skyrim – The Siege of Markarth
In order to make up for the seriousness of the last post, after all we don't like to be serious in the Gaming business, here is another epic Skyrim battle created by Tyrannicon for the Skyrim Machinima theatre. Another of MMGaming's favourite artist's Dan Bull is back with this week's Song of the Week. This weeks Song of the Week is another Epic Rap and this time features Mass Effect 1 and 2, rather topical considering the recent release of Mass Effect 3.

Halo: The Fallen
Today's batch of awesome is yet another Halo fan-film. This time centred around some Marines (not even ODSTs) and featuring some rather impressively done Grunts, Jackels, Elites and Hunters it's yet another nod of the head to the Halo fan community which has never stopped shy of impressing me.
Actually the short movie has yet to be released and what I've watched was just the prologue. Despite that though, The Fallen is definitely impressive and very cool, despite the meagre budget of $200.
Tribes: Ascend release date announced
The completely free-to-play and awesome to look at Tribes: Ascend will be "ascending" from beta to full game (did you see what I did there?) on the 12th of April says the developers, Hi-Rez studios.
Apparently over 400,000people played on the open beta and so it's a fair guess that if you are reading this then you might well have had a shot at the fast-paced shooter.
Halo 4 – First Look
343 Industries have released the first batch of gameplay footage and information about Halo 4 the upcoming Halo series featuring the triumphant return of the Master Chief.
And guess what Halo fans! That's not all that will be returning triumphantly! No sir-ee. It would appear that, despite my approval for the DMR (the replacement for the Battle-Rifle in Halo: Reach), 343 Industries have listened to enough complaints and whinging by fans and have put the Battle-Rifle back into Halo 4. So we can expect to, once again, hear that "brakka-brakka" sound that inevitably leads to having your head peppered with a trio of bullets. Which also in turn leads to a bout of swearing and yelling "HOW THE FUCK DID HE DO THAT?!?"
Assassin’s Creed 3 reveal trailer
A cinematic trailer for Assassin's Creed 3! And a release date! And it has guns! And fighting! And awesome! And a massive battle! And...! And...! And...! *gasp*
I think I need to go have a cigarette or something, yeah it was THAT intense... Seriously though, I LOVE Assassin's Creed. I'm not going to say it's the best series of games ever, that would just be the little fan-boy inside of me talking.
But as a fan-boy... IT'S ONE OF THE BEST SERIES OF GAMES EVER!!! I'MA MAKE MYSELF A HIDDEN BLADE!!!
Mass Effect 3 Official Launch Trailer
Bioware have released the official launch trailer for Mass Effect 3. It's a couple of minutes of emotion-draining and courage-inducing awesome. Everything about it makes you want to be part of the Universe that Bioware have managed to create. And more than that, they've made me (somehow) even more excited and desperate to get this game. Check it out after the jump folks!
Mass Effect isn't just a game... it's a way of life... And you can join into that way of life on the 6th in North America and the 9th in Europe.
Archetype – Evolution of Organic Machines
While this has been out for a bit, I wanted to draw some attention to it, because it is purely awesome and I only found it this morning. And before you ask, no... this is not gaming related in any way (other than perhaps all gamers love battle suits? Or at least I do... not sure which). But... this is a film short made by the same guy who had design decisions in Green Lantern, Planet of the Apes, and Sucker Punch (only the first of which I have actually seen already).
Anyway, you've got to check this one out, I'm pretty sure. It's very, very cool.
Oodles of Mass Effect 3 News
I have a variety of different bits and pieces of news to give you regarding Mass Effect 3! As I've been a little off the ball posting since Saturday and I'm actually fairly busy today I once again will have to compress all interesting bits of news into one news post! Because business should be no bar to the awesome that is Mass Effect.
The news in questions today is as follows: Information about the "From Ashes" DLC. Information about the Normandy model going to space (and the chance to win a bunch of Mass Effect goodies). And to finish off today's offering I will present to you the new Mass Effect 3 Live Action trailer.
Song of the Week – Doomsday
In honour of the awesome that was the latest Borderlands 2 trailer I have decided that this weeks batch of wubwub and weekend-inducing tunes will come in the form of Doomsday by Nero (also known as the "Borderlands 2 trailer theme song").
Not only is an absolutely bloody awesome tune that should get you all ready for a night out with the lads but whenever it starts playing the trailer for Borderlands 2 pops into my head and I see explosions and dancing claptraps everywhere. Prepare to joy-puke your face off chaps!
